Led by the team at Co-working Thursdays, this mindful business day is all about connection, clarity and creating a little space to breathe.

Take time out of your business to pause, recharge and set clear intentions for the months ahead in a calm and supportive environment. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, with renewed focus and practical strategies to move your business forward.

Tickets are £200 and include:

• Coffee, pastries and fruit on arrival

• Grounding and intention setting, business planning, group problem solving and reflection session all led by Kirsty Waite

• Mid morning coffee break

Please note: We don't offer refunds on Pause event tickets. Many of our events are popular and become sold out, therefore we cannot issue a refund if you change your mind or cannot go. We will allow you to sell or giveaway your tickets to someone else. If the event is cancelled we will notify you by the email provided on booking. We will be taking photos and videos throughout the day to post on our socials and use in our future marketing, including our website. If you would prefer not to be included in any photos please let us know in advance.
